Recruiter – Gambling Industry Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter who
specializes in the gambling industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep
understanding of the iGaming sector and a proven track record of sourcing
and placing top talent in roles related to gambling, tech, and digital marketing.
As a Gambling Industry Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the
full recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to
interviewing and hiring the best fit for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social
media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms, to identify
and attract top talent in the gambling industry.
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and
assess candidate qualifications to ensure they meet the specific
requirements of the roles.
• Interviewing: Conduct thorough and structured interviews to evaluate
candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with
clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored
recruitment solutions.
• Job Postings: Write and post clear, attractive job advertisements on
various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified
candidates for current and future job openings.
• Offer Negotiation: Manage the offer process, including extending
offers, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
for new hires.
• Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and labor market
developments to provide clients with informed and strategic advice.
• Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and meetups to
expand your professional network and promote our agency.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on the
gambling industry or related sectors.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the iGaming sector,
including key roles, industry trends, and market dynamics.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication
skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and clients.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build
relationships and rapport quickly.
• Sales Skills: Experience in sales or business development is a plus,
with the ability to pitch and sell recruitment services to potential clients.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management
skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR
software, and various recruitment tools.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field is preferred.
